Every validated invoice on QLoJo is now minted on the Algorand blockchain (ARC-3 standard) as a serialized NFT invoice.
Each NFT mirrors a Canonical Invoice Record V1.1 and carries its unique serialization code:
QLJ–AA–BB–CCC–DD–EEE
Example: QLJ-01-01-001-01-007
Step 1. Get Your Pera Wallet Ready
-
Download the Pera Wallet app.
-
Create or restore your wallet.
-
Copy your Algorand address (starts with
ALGO…). -
Share this address in the Enterprise thread (or via DM to a moderator) so your NFT invoice can be delivered.
Step 2. Opt In to Your NFT Invoice
Algorand requires every wallet to opt-in before it can receive a new asset.
-
The moderator will post the Asset ID of your NFT invoice once minted.
-
In Pera Wallet: → Assets → Add Asset → Search by Asset ID → Opt In.
-
Alternatively, use the opt-in QR code provided by the moderator:
-
Tap Scan QR in Pera.
-
Scan the QR from the Enterprise thread.
-
Confirm Opt-In.
-
Opt-in requires ≈ 0.1 ALGO minimum balance. If needed, a moderator can send a small ALGO top-up.
Step 3. Receive Your NFT Invoice
-
After you opt in, the moderator (or system wallet) will send the NFT invoice to your address.
-
The invoice will appear under Assets in Pera Wallet.
-
Each NFT represents:
-
1 × validated invoice (1 of 1).
-
Full on-chain metadata including:
-
Invoice ID: QLJ–AA–BB–CCC–DD–EEE
-
Asset ID: [Algorand Asset Number]
-
Validation Hash: Dual human and AI review reference
-
Canonical Record URL: Enterprise ledger thread link
-
-
-
Metadata is stored inline (no IPFS dependency).
Step 4. Verify & Keep Records
In the Enterprise Ledger Thread, moderators will post in the canonical record:
| Field | Example | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Invoice ID | QLJ-01-01-001-01-007 | Serialized tracking code |
| Asset ID | 123456789 | Algorand asset reference |
| Transaction ID (txid) | RY7L…Q5D | On-chain transfer record |
| Canonical Record Link | /t/canonical-invoice-record-v1-1-example/ | For ledger cross-check |
Confirm these values match your Pera Wallet view.
Step 5. Verify on Ledger (Optional)
-
Go to Algorand Explorer.
-
Search your Asset ID or txid.
-
Confirm the metadata matches your invoice ID and wallet address.
This ensures your NFT invoice is officially recorded and auditable.
Troubleshooting
-
Transfer fails? You likely didn’t opt in; repeat Step 2.
-
Can’t find asset? Search by Asset ID in Pera.
-
Balance too low? Add ≥ 0.1 ALGO for opt-in storage.
-
Still stuck? DM @moderators for assistance.
Key Reminder
- Once received, your NFT invoice is your permanent, verifiable proof of contribution in QLoJo.
- It can never be altered and can only be transferred to another verified wallet.
- All NFT invoices link to their Canonical Invoice Record V1.1, ensuring traceability across the enterprise ledger.
Closing Note
NFT invoices are the backbone of QLoJo’s coordination system.
By linking canonical records, dual validation signatures, and serialization IDs, we protect contributors, validators, enterprises, and the integrity of the ecosystem.
Remember: QLoJo records → Enterprise pays.
Important Risk Notice
Participation in QLoJo is voluntary. There is no guarantee that a proposed enterprise will be incorporated or that a registered enterprise will have funds to settle invoices.
Invoices remain records of work performed until adopted by a registered enterprise.
Early-payment or factoring arrangements are private commercial transactions between participants and carry normal commercial risk.
