To protect the integrity of QLoJo’s contributor workflow and ensure fairness for all participants, spam or low-quality activity is not tolerated.
Definition of Spam
Spam includes, but is not limited to:
-
Submitting duplicate or copy-pasted invoices/proposals.
-
Posting irrelevant, off-topic, or promotional content unrelated to QLoJo Enterprises.
-
Fabricating deliverables (fake photos, falsified data, undisclosed AI-generated reports).
Enforcement Process
-
First offense: The moderator sends a general comment and a link to the Contributor Guidelines.
-
Second offense: The contributor is suspended from QLoJo for one month and loses their $1 monthly subscription.
-
Persistent spam after suspension: The contributor is permanently banned (“forever removal”).
Positive Incentives
Contributors are encouraged to:
-
Focus on quality over quantity.
-
Collaborate with peers to avoid duplication.
-
Uphold QLoJo’s mission of creating tokenized, bankable, and future-aligned outputs.
Note: All spam reports and actions will be logged transparently to maintain accountability.
Closing Note
NFT invoices are the backbone of QLoJo’s coordination system. By keeping obligations clear and aligned with enterprise incorporation, we protect contributors, enterprises, and the integrity of the ecosystem.
Remember: QLoJo records → Enterprise pays.
Important Risk Notice
Participation in QLoJo projects does not guarantee that a proposed enterprise will be incorporated, or that an incorporated enterprise will achieve financial capacity to pay contributors. Invoices are provisional records until incorporation, and even after incorporation, payment depends entirely on the enterprise’s ability to generate and deploy resources. Contributors should be aware that there is no guarantee of payment.
